All the charm of Mexico - with all the comforts of home! Our house is available starting January 1, 2008. Located in Colonia La Cascada, it's a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo. The house is totally furnished with three bedrooms one of which has a wall of shelves with a full length desk, a good selection of books on Mexico and also has a double bed. The guest bedroom has a king size bed (2 twins) and a wall of closets. The master bedroom has full king size and a wall of closets. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and is featured the new book called "Mexicocina, the Spirit and Style of the Mexican Kitchen", on pages 94 to 97. The master bath has more Mexican tile and has a sunken tub for two. There is also another bathroom with a shower.
Outside is a covered tiled front porch that is 23' x 12' and extends out to an outdoor tiled area which is 21' x 10'. In front of that is a roof top garden patio that is raised up about 2'. We also have a hot tub with a great view of Oaxaca and the mountains from the roof patio!
Our services include a weekly house cleaning, a DSL connection and city water (non-potable). We provide a TV and DVD player but no cable. There is also a laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY.
