-Minimum stay of two nights
-If you decide to leave Casa Crespo before your scheduled departure date or if you delay your arrival, we expect full payment for the unused nights (previously reserved).

For the comfort, consideration, and safety of our guests, we do not accept arrivals past 11 pm.

Deposit
A 50% deposit for the length of your stay is required at time of reservation. For final payment, we only accept cash.

Cancellations
Cancellation fees are 2 nights during Peak season, and one night throughout the rest of the year when cancelling any time.

Twenty-five percent of the total price will be charged if the cancellation is made 29 days to 15 days prior to the date or the arrival date. When the cancellation occurs between the 14th day to the first day of your arrival date, we regret that we cannot honor refunds. If a reservation is cancelled by Casa Crespo, all fees will be refunded.
